Entry Qualifications

  • Current or retired firefighters and/or volunteer firefighters, anyone doing work related to firefighting, firefighter in military, and their family members must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 18 years and older EMT(Emergency Medical Technician) or Paramedic.
  • For all fire fighters spouse and/or family must be 18 years of age and older.
  • For paintball contest must be 13 years of age and older.
  • Only current firefighters may participate in the "Toughest Firefighter Alive" event.
  • Treasure hunt is no minimum age requirement, nevertheless all children must be with adults.

The registration fee (US $150) is a one-time payment allowing the purchaser to participate in all 75 events.
Family or Executive US $50

In case of family or Executive participate in the competition, 150$ have to be paid
  • The registration fee (US $150) is a one-time payment allowing the purchaser to participate in all 75 events.
    • Additional Costs : Golf – 1 Event (US $300 Extra)
    • Event registration may only be done with advanced application through the event information system. (Direct application on the day of is not allowed.)
  • Foreign team families and executive entry fee registration benefits
    • Free Shuttle Bus usage, participation in every kind of event, souvenirs, etc.
  • In case of family or Executive participate in the competition, 150$ have to be paid

Event Entry Fees

  • Target Event : Welcome Dinner
  • Entry Fee : US $50 (Standard of 1 domestic/foreign person (not classified by athlete, family, or executive status) / free entry available for children under 5)

Registration Fees and Payment Methods

  • Registration procedure
    • The registration system, which is scheduled to open in January 2018, allows you to pay by credit card or bank transfer after registration. => After the deposit is confirmed, the [registration] is finally approved.
  • Credit Card Transaction
    • Credit Cards Accepted : VISA, MASTER, JCB, UNIONPAY => 4% of the transaction fees will be charged by the Organizing Committee.
  • Bank Transfer
    • Account : Notice on the registration System.
    • Payment Amount : US $150 (Each participant is subject to all kinds of fees for the account transfer.)
      ※ Each transaction fee is approximately US $15-20 per transaction, and fees may vary depending on the country's financial system. In case of account transfer, if the amount excluding fees commission is less than US $150, [Registration] will be held until the difference is deposited. However, if the remittance fees is higher than the amount of the additional deposit, payment is possible on site.
  • Note
    • It is effective to deposit by a group because the fee for foreign currency remittance is generated per transaction, but it is advantageous to pay by credit card when registering as an individual.
  • Cancellation of registration
    • Cancellation deadline : The day before opening day(September 9, 2018) of WFG(World Firefighters Games).
  • Refund of Credit card payment
    • Submission of an application form for cancellation of credit card payment => approval for the cancellation => refund to the applicant's credit card.
  • Refund of the payment made by direct deposit
    • Submission of an application form for Cancellation of registration => refund to the bank account of the applicant.
    • Participants are responsible for the payment of a Commission related to the refund process.
